A Big Change for The L&J Grooming Family
Dear friends,
This is one of the hardest messages we’ve ever had to share. On Saturday, October 25th, we will groom our last pups here in Oakland before moving to Ohio. Our time here may have been just a few years, but in that short time, you have welcomed us into your lives and trusted us with something so precious — your furry family members. Every wagging tail, every little happy dance, every soft snuggle has left a mark on our hearts.
Leaving is bittersweet. While we’re excited for this new chapter, it’s heartbreaking to step away from the incredible community we’ve found here. You’ve been more than clients — you’ve been friends, cheerleaders, and part of our extended family.
We want to make sure your pups are still in the best hands. We’re referring our clients to

Additionally, we’ve taken a photo of every groom for every dog we’ve worked with. If you can tell us the date of your previous groom, we can send you a reference photo to share with La Fleur or any future groomers.
As we approach this transition, we kindly ask that any questions or concerns be saved for your upcoming appointment whenever possible. If something can’t wait until then, please feel free to message us — but this will help us give each client our full attention during this busy time.

"My Ollie and I are brand new to The L&J Grooming Company. Lindsay and Justin met and exceeded all of my expectations. Their grooming shop is professional and adorable, and Lindsay and Justin are awesome at their jobs. As a first time customer, I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival I was greeted and given a tour of the shop. I talked to Lindsay extensively about my Ollie's past and history with groomers. She asked a lot of questions about how I wanted Ollie's cut and she delivered. I picked him up propmptly two hours later and he was looking ADORABLE!
