"My Ollie and I are brand new to The L&J Grooming Company. Lindsay and Justin met and exceeded all of my expectations. Their grooming shop is professional and adorable, and Lindsay and Justin are awesome at their jobs. As a first time customer, I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival I was greeted and given a tour of the shop. I talked to Lindsay extensively about my Ollie's past and history with groomers. She asked a lot of questions about how I wanted Ollie's cut and she delivered. I picked him up propmptly two hours later and he was looking ADORABLE! Lindsay gave me time after the appointment to go over how it had gone (excellent, woohoo!), how I liked the cut, and any adjustments we want to make going forward. I truly appreciated their time on the front and back end of the appointments. I'm used to a quick hand off / hand back and not getting to hear how Ollie behaved. I'm so excited to have found L&J Grooming and will be back as a VIP customer. :)
